These classes are specifically tailored to be safe in all stages of pregnancy. Classes allow pregnant women to stay fit and healthy in an environment that is safe for both mum and baby.
By exercising and taking care of your body, and your unborn baby, you’ll also find yourself easting healthier diet, and will generally have a far more positive outlook on life.
Two specific forms of Antenatal Exercise include both Antenatal Yoga and Antenatal Pilates.
